Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the date of delivery of your item to request a return. Please review below to see if your item(s) qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that sometimes the tops of bottles may bend during shipping, simply pull it to pop it back into place. If you have damage on items and wish to make a return, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt to request a return/refund. If you have questions on how to do this, please send a photo of your product to info@lotusplantpower.com. and we will be able to assist.
Exchanges
We know things happen - We will exchange your item if it is damaged during transit or incorrect. If your item is damaged during carrier transit or you received the incorrect item, please send us photos of the damaged or wrong item, the top and bottom of the box, and packing slip to info@lotusplantpower.com. This will better help us assist you quickly and efficiently.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@lotusplantpower.com.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Lost Packages Policy
If you are missing an order, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We are unable to resolve the issue once it has exceeded past 30 days from expected delivery.
Lotus Package Protection
We encourage purchasing Lotus Package Protection for your orders. Lotus Package Protection allows protection against damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If you purchased Lotus Package Protection with your order, and your package has been damaged, you may file a claim immediately with Lotus.
