Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak times (sales events or holidays), processing may take 2–3 business days.

  • Please allow additional time during holiday seasons or unexpected high-volume periods.

Shipping Times

  • Shipping time = processing time + carrier delivery time.

  • Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on the shipping method and your location.

  • Please note that delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as:

    • Carrier or transit delays

    • Customs or FDA clearance

    • Weather or seasonal disruptions

Address Accuracy

Orders will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to update delivery details, please contact the carrier directly.

Shipping Delays

Lotus Plant Power® is not responsible for carrier shipping delays. For real-time tracking and delivery questions, please contact your carrier.

Returns & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please visit our return policy for more information regarding returns.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Holiday Shipping

Please expect longer transit times during holidays. Carrier-provided delivery estimates may be impacted by winter weather and seasonal demand.

Free Shipping Promotion

  • Free U.S. Economy Shipping on domestic orders over $100 (subtotal after discounts, before taxes & shipping).

  • Eligible orders must select the free shipping option at checkout. We cannot retroactively apply free shipping.

Exclusions:

  • Free shipping applies only to the contiguous U.S.

  • Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will see flat-rate shipping of $15, $30, or $50 at checkout (depending on order size).

  • Free shipping does not apply to clothing merchandise, accessories, or Lotus Plant Power Drink cans.

  • Gift cards purchased do not count toward the purchase minimum.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are not included in product or shipping costs.

  • These fees are collected at delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
