Lotus Energy Tea Concentrate (Unsweetened)

Hear me out if you like energy, tea and protein you need to try this.
I put this all in my 40oz tumbler
Ice half filled
1 serving of lotus tea
1 cup of cold chai tea (I use tazo chia tea bags)
1 oz of sugar free coconut syrup
2 cups of silk organic soy milk 160cal 16 grams of protein
1 serving of collagen. Mine is 80cal and 20gram of protein
Melt the collagen in a little bit of hot water first so it mixes
Pinch of salt.
Super mix it and enjoy!
36 grams of protein and 250 calories.
Probably could try to add in protein powder too
It's quite literally the best thing on earth. I'm notoriously a 4 drink girl. I would carry around tea, water, some form or an energy drink and a protein shake. Now I'm 2 drink girly.🤣

I love ice tea. I don’t always have time to brew and make it though. This is the best on the go quick tea answer ! I love the flavor and the energy boost it gives without a crash.
