*When calculating net carbs, allulose is subtracted from the total carbohydrates because it is not metabolized and therefore causes no increase in blood glucose and blood insulin levels (International Food Information Council).

All Lotus Plant Power Concentrates are a 1+5 mix, meaning for every 1 oz of Lotus Plant Power, you will need 5 oz of soda water.
