Zero Sugar Lotus Plant Power Concentrate is sugar-free and contains zero net carbs. While the back label states that Zero Sugar Lotus has 6 carbs, allulose is a sweetener that's not absorbed into the body as sugar*, making Zero Sugar Lotus 0-sugar, 0-net carbs, and keto-friendly!

*When calculating net carbs, allulose is subtracted from the total carbohydrates because it is not metabolized and therefore causes no increase in blood glucose and blood insulin levels (International Food Information Council.)

All Lotus Plant Power Concentrates are a 1+5 mix, meaning for every 1 oz of Lotus Plant Power, you will need 5 oz of soda water.
